happy father's day?

I'm not sure if this kind of gift is akin to getting a mom an iron for mother's day...a gift that eventually means more work. But I like to compare it to getting a new Kitchen Aid. Sure, it will make for some work, but it's also really cool. Jake loves to bike and we've always wanted a bike trailer so he can take the kids on rides. We finally found this lovely, half price on Nashbar.com. Now the kids are anxiously awaiting Jake's arrival...even more than before. Alas, Jake won't be home till tomorrow. In the mean time, it will be used as a rickshaw, a la mom.

Though well within the weight limit, Jackson and Sydney are a little more crammed. Here they demonstrate the wind/rain cover. :)
